When you contact us about coaching, we collect what you give us: your name, your phone number, your email if you provide it, and whatever you tell us about what you’re looking for. If you call and leave a voicemail, we keep a written transcript of your message so we can follow up.
How We Use It
We use your information to help you: replying to your call, text, or email, scheduling your clarity call or session, sending your booking link, and coordinating along the way. We do not use your information for advertising.
Text Messaging
If you call or text our coaching number (269) 788-0380, we may text you back — for example, to let you know we got your voicemail, to schedule your call, or to send your booking link. You are only ever texted because you contacted us first. See our Text Messaging page for how opt-in works.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number and your text messaging consent stay with us, period.

Who We Share It With
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. The only sharing that happens is with the service providers we use to run our phones, messages, scheduling, and payments (for example our telephone, hosting, booking, and payment providers), each acting on our behalf to deliver the service you asked for.
How Long We Keep It
We keep your contact and coaching information only as long as we need it to work with you and keep a record of it. If you want your information removed, call, text, or email us and we will take care of it.
