The Messaging Program

When you call our coaching number and we miss you, we may send a text acknowledging your voicemail. When you text us directly, we reply to answer your question, schedule your call, and coordinate. That is the whole program: customer care messages about your coaching, nothing else. We do not send marketing or promotional text blasts.

How You Opt In

You opt in by contacting us first — calling (269) 788-0380 and leaving a voicemail, or texting that number with a question or to book. We only message people who have reached out to us. See our Text Messaging page for the full opt-in details.

Message Frequency And Rates

• Message frequency varies depending on your conversation with us and how much coordinating it takes.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier about your plan.
• Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Text STOP at any time to opt out — you will get one final message confirming you are unsubscribed, and nothing more. Text HELP for help, or just call or text us at the number below.

How we handle your information is covered in our Privacy Policy. The short version: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
